It's been 2 weeks since I race changed one of my characters and it won't show up on my mobile armory at all.i also recently transferred my character and faction changed him and it has yet to update as well. Any thoughts ?

I race changed this toon to orc, 1/2 the time the website shows this toon as an orc, 1/2 the time such as now when I'm posting it shows as Dwarf. When I try to select the toon on the mobile armory, it either says it's in the process of a faction change or that the character does not exist.
Is there any solution for this? |

Should be relatively simple to fix. |

I race changed about a week ago and now it says that my character is not avaliable. This is the Character
