Hey there and welcome to my forum post. The title says it all, but I'll toss out a few additional details for all those interested. The comp we would be running is primarily built for an anti-spell cleave high melee pressure design. The comp has been tested extensively and our organizers are very experienced (multi-glads and 2.4k+ experienced). This will be one of our last alt pushes as most of our friends are heading to SWTOR as we are bored with the all too simple aspects of this game. Our ideal comp(with minimal areas to improvise) is as followed:

(TANK) 1. Protection Warrior - This spot can apply for both CTF and Resource maps, however we love to see our applicants with experience + gear in Arms (duel spec) as well, with the additional throw down as we see fit on non FC maps. Preferences will be announced at the start of each map.

(HEALER) 2. Holy Paladin - This spot is potentially our highest preforming healing class. Normally we expect this class to top the charts (with tactical plays) as well as contribute to cleansing, hand of freedoms, hand of sacrifice, HoJ, so on and so forth. Primarily this position hugs our warrior the vast majority of the time, so self awareness / positioning must be at its finest.

(HEALER) 3. Restro Druid (would be open to R Sham as well) - This spot indefinitely is primary raid support. HoT effects play a large part into the rotations of this position as you must be experienced in anticipating peak damage for means of controlling it. CC support is also a bonus if you have the timeframe to apply them.

(HEALER) 4. Discipline Priest - This spot is our Assistant healer / Playmaker. Your number one priority is to pick up on the healing slack where needed as well as prevent unnecessary damage through preventions. We also love to see this applicant properly apply fear bombs to compliment our smoke bomb burns, as well as mana burn and mind control when opportunities arise to do so. This position also should be capable of assisting our FC with tactical grips when the timing is right.

(R DPS) 5. Beast Mastery Hunter - This positon is one of popular topic as many teams prefer to have their hunter as marks spec. We prefer our hunter to fit a BM roll as they are one of the major stars of the "jungle cleave" approach this team tends to imitate(except on a larger scale). CCs MUST BE APPLIED ON CD, there is nothing worse than a hunter who just pew pews all day! We prefer their pet to be a spirit beast for the backup [Spirit Mend], however we will also tolerate a core hound for a fallback lust if needed (keep extras stabled and ready to use!).

(R DPS) 6. Frost / Fire Mage - This class is often our healers best friend. We build our mages specifically for peeling our healers from unnecessary stresses. Assistant dps is appreciated on the side when the timing is right, but chances are if the healers die, you are going to be at fault. Experienced frost mages are preferred as you will most likely take some beatings from the guys you mess with(and the deep freeze makes for a lovely rotation ruiner), however fire is also acceptable IF THE CC / KITE SKILL LEVELS ARE THERE. Reinforcement prevention is another field this applicant should thrive in. This class is primarily a utilities role.

(M DPS) 7. Subtlety Rogue - Definitely a star player in the jungle cleave approach. The smoke bombs are essential to our strategy, and this person in particular is expected to be vocal so they are applied at good times. CCs and Burst must be at peak performance as well. **Side note: We prefer our rogues to have the legendary daggers (or at least the 2nd stage version), but will tolerate cataclysmic PvP ones.**

(M DPS) 8. Frost Death Knight - No doubt one of our hardest hitters on the team. DPS is expected to excel as well as the appropriate timing of silences and death grips. Slows and CCs are always appreciated.

(M DPS) 9. Feral(Cat) Druid - Another key component of our jungle cleave approach, and occasionally seen as a flag carrier crossover/fallback. This class is expected to provide substantial dps pressures as well as cyclones on CD proc (sometimes hard cast if needed).

(M DPS) 10. Enhance Shaman - One of my more recent additions to the team, the enhance shammy compliments our heavy melee cleave with insane burst, self healing, CCs, totems and a wackton of kicks. Lust will primarily be covered by this applicant.

All of our applicants are required to have a functioning:
-Skype (With Mic)
-Battleground Targets (for hard switch burns)
-Healers Must Die (easy spottings)
-Any other addons you may require
-Full Ruthless Gear MIN. (fully gemmed / enchanted / reforged to the best it can be)
-An active playtime from 5-9(give or take) West Coast Time mon-fri
-Steady Internet Connection

All of our applicants are expected to be high end performers with few "strings" attached. We do understand that we all have our off days every now and then, but this will not be allowed to get in the way of our success if it proves to be too frequent. We require applicants:
-->In a sober state on game times (if you are a raging alcoholic, borderline retarded pot junkie, so on and so forth... Go get help elsewhere as we have no tolerance for self inflicted substances)
-->Drama Free (We do not provide life crisis council services, so keep that crap OUT of the game and OUT of our Skype calls)
-->Tunnel Vision Free (Awareness is key for success)
-->Respectful of other members and most importantly your battleground leaders (Play talk is reserved for outside the game, leave the constructive critisism for player errors up to the leaders. If you have a comment / complaint you would like to drop by regarding another player or a strategy, feel free do so in the format of a whisper to the appropriate coordinator)
-->Willingness to fulfill your task to the best of your abilities THE FIRST TIME IT IS ASKED (We do not appreciate having to continually repeat instructions!)
-->Positive attitude at all times (When the stakes are high, the last thing you need on your team is that "Debbie Downer" bringing down everybody's mentality. If you are upset about something run it by a raid leader "keep our Drama Free policy in mind when doing so")
-->Provide results, NOT excuses!
-->Top level proficiency and knowledge of your class

Brief description of yourself : I'm laid back and like to have fun but like to get a serious at times while pve'ing / pvp'ing. I don't have much RBG experience but would like to take it to a serious level. I'm always willing to read up on my class and take advices / tips from other players that play Holy paladin.

WoW career / expectations : I've been playing since Vanilla on my mage. I have 5 85s and I know what I'm doing. My warrior is 8/8 DS pre nerf and 1/8 H atm, I currently only play 2 85s which is my Warrior (Itankndspank) and Sikwitit, my Holy Paladin which is focused on PvP.

I expect a strong competitive team that enjoys PvP and does not lack on communication.

Brief description of yourself, your wow career, and your expectations of us: I want to win, get 2300+ and develop a reputation for myself. I'm a multi-glad, ex-top 50 US raider and I just now play seldomly. I will have T2 daggers soon, and legendaries not much after. I do have the CP's saved up for T2 PVP daggers, however.

I would like to make a followup post on the above replies. Thank you for taking the time to apply in proper format. Our management team will be discussing every serious reply on this page, so if you do not get a response immediately please be patient as we have quite the busy agenda.

Furthermore I would like to inform everybody that posting REAL IDs should not be feared providing you have an authenticator attached to your account. One of my arena partners just got hacked 2 days ago(didn't have an authenticator) and the hacker decided to disband all of our arena teams (he was in leadership of them), so you can imagine where I am coming from as this can seriously halt a team's progression if key players are not available to play due to missing gear pieces. For this team everybody needs to have an authenticator (which I assumed would be a given), so REAL IDs shouldn't be an issue. Save me the legwork people, I don't want to hunt you down for your homework. If you are still obliged to your real ID handout via forums, at least make sure you post your Skype name and remain logged in for an interview.

Last but not least serious applications are not limited as long as they follow the above speccing criteria. Yes I am filling the BM Hunter position, but if there is an event where I cannot make it (which notices will be given out ahead of time and my officers will take over the run) there needs to be subs for a potential "fallback". We will make sure to power rating our subs so that days which require replacements will not reap consequences to our regulars. If you meet the requirements stated above, don't feel shy to submit an app for evaluation even if there is high demand for the desired spot. We don't like to recruit for the bench so we will be taking the most qualified (including subs)!

Brief description of yourself: I'm a relatively quiet and laid-back person, the exception being when I'm pvping. I'm also a bit ocd, to the point where I know my character inside and out and strive to do all I can with her. Other than that, I think I'm pretty normal. Oh, and I'm female (zomg boobs!).

Your wow career: I've been playing my priest since vanilla WoW around the time the AQ40 patch debuted in the game. Back in the day, I worked my butt off grinding to Commander (I was Alliance at the time) while raiding casually. Since then, my attention has shifted more towards PvE content but I've never given up on PvP and I continue to enjoy both aspects of the game.

Expectations of us: I expect to be with a group of people whom are ambitious and passionate about pvp and will have a good time while taking it seriously (I hate feeling like I'm wasting time because people don't seem to care). I also expect to hit 2400. ^_^

I watch every thing around me I have extremely good awareness and expect the same from others, ninja capping flags running into ground CC ect is a no go on my part.

Know whats going on and not having to ask every few minutes on what i need to do or what some one else needs to do, a call should happen and followed upon. I play like this and wish to play with others just as well.

I also want a team that is going to be there every week to play and not faultier due to a few missing links.

Ive raided and PvPed since the start of WoW. Ive done every role for both aspects of the game and understand them all.

Ive just started playing enh this season again since the buff and loving it. So im looking to get into a solid RBG team and really start pvping hardcore and push my self to see what i can do.

I do know im not rated as high as the others but given the chance im sure i can prove my self. Maybe not in arena, but in RBG's i feel like a fish in water. Maybe its just because im old school.
