Testimonials aren't something we have ever asked our customers to give us, however, starting today I will try and ask every customer to give us a short, brief description of their time and how much fun they had. I purchased the Heroic Ragnaros Mount from Get Well Soon a few weeks ago, and this is a unsolicited testimonial (I'm obviously not posting on my main, but if the OP wants to PM me I can tell you which week I purchased so you can confirm):

It was a quick and easy process. I was contacted a few minutes before the raid start time, given a ETA to begin, and we ran in and out and had everything done in 20 minutes. They do require mumble, which I didn't have, but were patient and understanding with me having to take the time to download it and install it. I happened to know the dance so I did the fight for fun, but they had a hysterical amount of DPS and I'm sure anyone could jump in the lava and just watch if they wanted to. The prices are best on server, and even if you look cross server for a better deal (I did!) you won't come out that far ahead when you take into account the money you have to pay to transfer a gold mule with gold equivalents for an off-server guild to do this.

They were ready to go at the agreed time and it was quick. I got nothing else to compare to but I thought the service they provided was great value and will hghly recommend them to anyone.
