The new Shiv will apply concentrated effects of the active utility poison. Those effects are not included in the poison tooltips currently available on the calculator, but here are the current versions:

Blues totally don't read the forum.
That's a snail, guys. You got fooled by a talking snail. I definitely like this design towards shiv. It acting as an enhancement to things gives it much more exciting uses than "Oh god, that guy's enraged" or "Oh god, crippling fell off." |

Shiv is on a 10 sec CD. It's closer to the new recup considering Energetic Recovery is for SnD now. |

That's a pretty cool addition to Shiv. I'm happy they keep making the ability better, and the different poison utility talents from it are interesting. Keep up the good work!

To answer that for you, I don't think giving us *another* direct stun is something anyone but rogues want, including developers. Having a root that we can control is very strong, but it's not nearly as overpowering as an extra stun that's completely up to us. The decline of the stunlock happened for a reason. |
