Favorite Pairing: Aggra and Jaina Proudmore
Reasoning: No, wait, the opposite of pairing, an epic fight! I want to see Aggra seething with Orcish hatred for Jaina, seeking vengeance after imaging Thrall in a Menage_a_trois (which, of course, may not have every really happened)... I want to see this as a reason that Theramore is attacked (by Aggra's Horde forces), with Jaina is forced to defend herself (because she doesn't hate Aggra, holding back her lethal blows, while distracted by remorse for attacking the Horde whom she still wants peace with), while Thrall is in a deep clumsy stupor muttering about not being believed. Favorite Pairing: Commodore Jessi Falrevere and anyone (how about Admiral Ripsnarl?) Reasoning: The Bloodsail Pirates have been sitting around for too long and need to expand. Isn't it reasonable that Jessi may be aware of other ship captains? She seems to be the perfect candidate for being flirty. Perhaps Jessi could also befriend Vanessa VanCleef - another powerful boss... Presumably they're not very far from each other. |

I could see a lot of NELF warrior women knocking on Varian's door after the events of Wolfheart. |

Favorite Pairing: Malfurion/Tyrande
Reasoning: I love their dedication and commitment to each other. It's easy to forget, but these two have been alive for over 10,000 years. They have known and loved each other for THOUSANDS of years yet that love hasn't dimmed in all that time. Despite even being apart for extremely long stretches of time due to the Dream, they are still devoted to each other. I love their mutual respect, admiration and adoration. It is, quite literally, a timeless love story. I think it's worth noting that the recent portrayal of Malfurion/Tyrande in the War of the Ancients dungeon is pretty disappointing. It's just a single line, but the "Hush, Tyrande" doesn't match up with any of their previous lore and interactions. It indicates disrespect and disdain, which does not mesh at all. The recent Wolfheart novel was much better about showing the interaction between the two and how well they do understand each other. Desired Pairing: Malfurion/Tyrande Reasoning: Don't screw it up! :) |

Favorite Pairing: Varian Wrynn and Tiffin Wrynn
Reasoning: Although we never had a chance to see Tiffin Wrynn and the kind of Queen she was, she left behind an amazing legacy of both love and loss. The words on her Headstone in the Stormwind Graveyard are extremely moving, and speak of the deep bonds of love that Varian and Tiffin shared. Tiffin Ellerian Wrynn Although she is dead, I really cannot imagine any pairing in the history of the game that exhibited more virtues of love and affection than the two above. Aggra's love with Thrall comes off as fairly forced and abrupt, and I do not really like it. By the same token, while Malfurion and Tyrande love one another, it often comes across as being detrimental to the Night Elves, while Tiffin and Varian's love only strengthened Stormwind (her efforts in coming to a peaceful resolution for the Stonemasons, for example). Tiffin's love has even become something of an inspiration for Anduin in his path to becoming a wielder of the Light, as evidenced in Varian's Short story. Indeed, the love that Varian and Tiffin had only continues in the form of Anduin. In my opinion, even though we never knew Tiffin, her relationship to Varian was perhaps the most potent romance the story has yet known, having continued effects even so many years after her departure. Desired Pairing: Garrosh Hellscream and Warlord Zaela Reasoning: Something about these two feels right, feels natural. Garrosh doesn't strike me as a particularly romantic sort of person, but then again, neither does Zaela. However, both of them seem determined to lead their people into a brighter, more prosperous future, while also displaying strength and ferocity. Certainly they'd make a powerful pairing as far as Orcs go, and I can't think of any other notable female orcs that seem like they could not only handle Garrosh personality wise, but also stand toe to toe with him in a fight if they wanted to. |

I have to support Koltira and Thassarian. 10000%.
Koltira: You... came to save me... again.... Thassarian: *trying to take him up from the floor, after defeating him in Sylvanas version of Naxxramas* Yes, I'm here. Koltira: Why...? Thassarian: You once said you had nothing else to live for, but war, my friend. I have also nothing else neither. But war... and ... *passes his hand gently around Koltira's face* Koltira: You... fool... ^//_//^ |

Favorite Pairing: Alexstraza/Kolistraz (sp?)
Reasoning: I love dragons and this pairing defied all odds until Krasus died (spoiler!). It's also the longest known pairing, even longer than Malfurion and Tyrande. I would love to see a story based for these two, and seeing how tender and loving they are, it is immediately my top favorite pairing. Desired Pairing: Jarod Shadowsong/Shandris Feathermoon Reasoning: They so belong together. I know he's now a widower, but even before he eloped and all with his late wife, there was a connection and everyone knew it. Now that he's avalible again, it would be nice to see them team up once more. Second Place would go to Thrall/Aggra Third Place: Malfurion/Tyrande Honorable Mention: Baine Bloodhoof and his dad. Now that bond of a father and son like that is one that has withstood many things. And my favorite bromance: Kolitra/Thassarian And...Garrosh/Varian *gets shot* |

Favorite Pairing: Koltira/Thassarian
Reasoning: Just. They have the most fabulous bromance ever. I am -super- interested to see how their story continues post Sylvanas's brainwashing. Wtb mind-restoration, and Koltira for Forsaken king! (Moirails 4 unlife bro) Desired Pairing: Sylvanas/Garrosh Reasoning: So they can both be crazy and horrible together, and perhaps result in a lovely raid in which we can murderate their dumb faces. |

Favorite Pairing: Thrall/Cairne
Reasoning: They are the best example of a bromance I've ever seen in game. They would always have each other's back, and that's what being a bro is all about. Desired Pairing: Genn Graymane/Tyrande Whisperwind Reasoning: This pairing might seem a bit odd, but hear me out. Ever since Malfurion returned from the Emerald Dream, Tyrande has been somewhat...passive. To put simply, she lost her spine and has faded into Malfurion's shadow. Genn Graymane brings something entirely new to this picture, and has the most potential to be a badass of all the alliance leaders. My hope is that Genn will help Tyrande find her voice again and be the iron fist to Malfurion's golden heart. I want to make it clear though that this should in no way be a romantic relationship, more a bond between friends, bordering on a brother/sister kind of bond. |

No one else has said it:
Favorite Pairing: Magni Bronzebeard and Azeroth itself. Reasoning: Folks keep saying he is dead. Even Blizzard officials. However, dead people don't sing songs while patrolling the underground surrounding their former mountain strongholds. Magni apparently does. Desired Pairing: The Old Gods (vast in number in the Twisting Nether) and the Burning Legion (creatures corrupted by some 'unknown' force in the Twisting Nether). Reasoning: The epic story of twisted evil plans and counter plans by masters and willing thralls practically writes itself. It also makes the endgame of the universe that much more... well... limitless (and epic). |

Favorite Pairing(s): Tyrande x Malfurion, Tholo x Anren, Garrosh x Garrosh
Reason(s) why: Tyrande and Malfurion: I'll be honest, I liked the OLD Tyrande and Malfurion. I liked it when he ran the Cenarion Circle, and she the Night Elf people. None of this co-ownership of Darnassus and only his hand in CC nonsense. I liked that Tyrande waited thousands of years for him, and he dreamed of only her. I liked that Tyrande was a little more forward and masculine in the relationship that what is considered traditional, while Malfurion didn't exactly put on an apron and head to the kitchen in response. I DISlike how they are portrayed now. Pining over the Alor'el plant (Which was a nice thing to add to the lore, btw. Just not the whining about it), his attempt to forbid her from helping her adoptive daughter, her allowing his bad, bad BAD decisions (Not helping with the Orcs killing the helpless;denying his people the boon of immortality again because HE wants to die) and that line in Well of Eternity "Hush, Tyrande". That is not the first thing to say to the love of your life as she's clearly about to ask something. No no. Big no no. And don't you dare make her a baby-wagon for story any time soon. Don't you dare. You took a nice, strong woman like Aggra and turned her into one. That is all she will be known for, now. Thrall-Superman babies. Don't do it to Tyrande. Give her it when the wars are over, and peace has come and she is able to sit back after a long, hard fight and know it is done. Tholo x Anren: Because, honestly, you need to have more diversified relationships. This is a thing that is probably a hot button issue with you guys, so I'm going to leave it at this: Your game is played by a lot of different people. It'd be nice to see some of them represented officially. Garrosh x Garrosh: There is no one manly enough for Garrosh but Garrosh himself. Besides, I have a distinct feeling he stands in front of a mirror doing pectoral bounces for himself, muttering something about strength and getting crushed. |

Fave pairing: Gus and Chelsea Rustflutter.
Reasoning: That quest chain is quite simply the most romantic things in the game, bar none. Say what you will about the big players of the Warcraft universe, nothing comes close to the simple goblin tradesman crying over his sick wife. I was so glad that had a happy ending. Desired pairing: Koltira/Thassarian. Reason: It's long past due for WoW to have a gay relationship, and these two fit the bill. And not just because Koltira's a Blood Elf. He's a Blood Elf in distress. :3 |
