We are seeking all those interested in becoming Knights of Honor of Silvermoon, under the banner of the Phoenix Battalion to fight and protect our members, for the glory of our homeland! <Phoenix Battalion> is now recruiting Sin’dorei roleplayers levels 50+ (70+ DK’s) ages 18+ to join our active community! We're currently accepting combat personnel, though exceptions for non-combat personnel are made on occasion.

Upon meeting our level and age requirement, we require an in-character interview. An applicant is not required to fill out a form of any kind. The person in question must be a competent roleplayer (at least have proper usage of punctuation and capitalization, no dragon/demon/Quel’dorei/vampire RP, etc.), and be able to answer various questions in-character.

General RP/Event information:

RP can happen both in and out of events. Events are usually plotline based and usually occur on weekday evenings, around 8pm server time. You can expect a mix of basic RP, social events, plotlines, RP-PvP, events coordinated with allied/rival guilds, and events utilizing our RP battle system, which is a simplified D&D /roll based game.

Other Activities:

Our guild is not heavily PvE oriented, but there are people who are more than willing to run heroics with you, or get groups together for raid finder. We may look into doing some casual raiding in the near future. We run old raids on a regular basis for RP gear, and have an active vent and website/forum for socializing. BG’s and arena are always a priority for the majority of our members. We may look into starting up a RBG group in the future.

Divisions:

Upon joining, a character will be placed into one of four divisions, based on his/her in-character role and class.

Spellfury Brigade: Mages, Priests(Shadow), Warlocks

Bladeward Regiment: Paladins(Ret/Prot), Warriors, Death Knights

Emberhawk Squadron: Hunters/Rogues

Lightsworn Contingent: Paladins(Holy), Priests(holy, disc.)

Sub-Divisions:

There are currently two sub-divisions within the battalion. A character is not required to be a part of a sub-division, and may join voluntarily at their own discretion. More information about sub-divisions may be viewed on our community website upon joining.

Sin'Serrar

The Sin'serrar (Blood Blade(s)) is the covert operation within the the Phoenix Battalion which handles military intelligence, sabotage, capture and assassination. They operate outside the bounds of normal military procedure, answering only to a single commander and the Council of the Flame itself.

Knighthood of the Phoenix

The Knighthood of the Phoenix is an IC subgroup of the Phoenix Battalion. Primarily concerned with the defense of the higher rankiing members, those in the Knighthood will go through three ranks. Initiate, Squire, and Knight. Those who make it to the rank of Knight will be assigned to a particular General or Colonel as their personal Knight. There are missions planned as well for this particular subgroup. Defense is the main goal, however these Knights may be deployed as an elite infantry force.
