So I've been leveling a Rogue with a friend lately. It first started as just me playing a rogue to /lol at people I one shot with ambush in low level BGs. However I then started to level him.

And I feel cheated. We really are like less effectve Rogues. ;/ Granted we do have our benefits.

It's like why Druid when you can Rogue?

Why rogue when you can go bear, pop cooldowns and dance on the flag while 4 enemies ineffectually strike at you for at least 20 seconds. I love both classes as druid and rogue are my 2 mains... rogue is cool and all, but they've got nothing on the fun, survivability, and utility of cheetah and bear abilities lol.

yeaaahhhhh, dont get used to that.

rogues are way OP at low levels. ambush-eviscerate will damn near kill most anyone. its quite different at 85 though, when ambush crits on 4500 resilience for 15k with 25000 AP.

been playing a rogue myself and the main thing I've noticed, is wwwaaayyyy less mobility. Not to mention after CDs are down you are incredibly fragile.

I don't know if you're being positive or negative, but I'm honestly sick of the issue of comparing kitty's to rogues, it's a pointless discussion.

It's relevant as long as they fill a similar role in an arena team or dungeon/raid. :P

They don't have survivability/utility are you retarded or are you trolling... because i don't think you've actually ever seen a rogue maybe you mistook them for a warrior... lol

Rogues have by far the best survivability and utility in this game pvp wise... asides from CoS, asides from perma slow close range/ ranged slows to get outta combat and restealth... asides from recup that ticks for like 7k a tic and requires little to no effort... besides Feint which reduces dmg by any aoe dmg taken by 50%.. besides Disarm... besides Vanish... besides Gouge... besides sap..garrote.. and they're endless cycle of stuns and don't forget their sprint too i heard it makes you move quicker...and evasion.. and cheat death... i mean i could go on and on if you're ever going to say something atleast let it make sense.

Only reason ferals have decent survivability currently is because we have the ability to go bear form and regen during that you're going to blow all yourcd's SI/Barkskin regen maybe you have 30 secs to live after that you're screwed. please please get your facts straight before you say something like that rogues themselves say that its near impossible for an opponent to kill them if the rogue actually know what they're doing. i've personally seen rogues solo 2-3 people which is stupid... i've seen a 2800+ exp rogue reroll a fresh rogue with reg honor gear killing full cata geared players... usually its the skills that makes the players but now blizz has dumb'd it down to the point you don't need any skill to pvp with a rogue anymore. They have too much survivability/cc's and the ability to burst on a minutely base maybe more with prep...

and yet rogues go down quickly if you focus them...just like if you focus a kitty. Difference is kttys and go bear on demand whenever and mitigate a lot of damage. Rogues have to blow cds to mitigate damage.

I'm not saying rogues or ferals are op btw. Just saying they both have strengths/weaknesses. Play a rogue and you'll see what I'm talking about.

I'm being both. And it's really not a pointless discussion. I'm pretty sure a lot of people wanna know if they are just gonna turn us into less-effective rogues or not.

Judging by the current Talent Tree for MoP I'd say we are being turned into a Rogue. Granted they are gonna probably change a lot of the talents, but we will see.

Just kidding, you can only hardcast HT or rejuv, and rejuv will steal heal for low for you. Recup > ALL.

I'm just trying to accept the realization that Ferals, at this rate, will be awful in PvP next expac and will be completely worthless without a Warlock.
