I agree, I still think energy is the best resource system. Most people will disagree with me, its the number one reason I've read (I think) for why people hate playing rogues. Its part of the reason I hate combat so much. There are significant portions of the fight where you don't have to pay attention to your resources. Quite honestly, I think feral is the best. While energy regeneration may seem so slow compared to rogues, it doesn't have any RNG gaining abilities and allows for proper planning and thinking.

Oddly enough, that's part of the reason why I like Combat. Though the fact that's often feast-or-famine until you get a proper off-hand is annoying as hell.

I noticed that too. While sitting at 30 energy, CP's not proccing but as soon as I get above 60 it won't stop capping me :(
