The mobile authenticator stops during initialization with the error
"Check the reception in your area. If you have a signal, the server may be temporarily unavailable. Please try again later." I have verified the signal and server availability and the app continuea to stop during initialization. What can be done to help this along? |

Unfortunately I won't be able to troubleshoot this for you, as it's a tech support issue. I've alerted our server engineers, just in case any of our services are down. I don't think this is the case, but it doesn't hurt to check.
