Want to know something sad about WoW?

I am finding being on the forums all day to be more fun than playing the actual game...
I have been on the forums, taking breaks to do IRL things as needed, just about all day and I can say I am having more fun in this General Discussion forum than I am on my Hunter... Something is wrong. |

Who said the problem with Cata was the grind aspect of the game? |

Really it's called "end of expansion." Happens every xpack due to burn out and anticipation. We know what's on the horizon, we've seen the content (or majority of it), and we're just waiting for the next thing.
This is about the time the forums start to flood with non forum regulars. Maybe take an actual break? Catch up on your movies? Try out some free to play games? I hear league of legends is pretty fun and cost $0 to start up and play. |

Not really. That's just you. I have always found the forum community better than the in-game community (with the exception of my RL friends). |
its the lack of grind replacement that's the problem not the grind. I said so. |

I was more referring to the burn out comment. I suppose I should've quoted that too, but I'm dumb. It'd be pretty difficult to find people who got tired of ICC faster than they did DS. |
I spent a good 2 months in my guild progressing in ICC. Took 2 weeks for Dragon Soul. Just goes to show just how faceroll the game is becoming and I dislike that... a lot. The game it self is just not appealing much to me anymore, but I will continue to play it, sure. Just not with the same enthusiasm as I did 2 expansions ago (Oh wait, Burning Crusade... /nostalgia.) |
My day today actually consisted of mostly posting on the forums on one monitor, and looking for jobs on the other. I think I played like 30 minutes of actual games today. |
I have maybe 4-5 minutes of actual game time today, and over 7 hours of Forum uptime. I am normally on the forums for 5 hours before I go to sleep anyways, but NEVER during the day and into the night like this. |

I have maybe 4-5 minutes of actual game time today, and over 7 hours of Forum uptime. I think I have about 10 hours forum time today, around 3 hours afk wow time that I'm not counting as playing a game, and 1 round of mass effect 3 multiplayer, which is about 25-30 minutes. |

I spend more time on the forums than in-game these days....that may be more because my boyfriend broke my computer so now we only have his and he uses it for star wars online and doesn't let me use it anymore. /sadface
