a bit back i was playing wow everyday and that was until the 8th of december then i ran out of time so i was offline for a while and when i got a game card i cant get on anymore and i got a notice that someone has changed my account information so now i need help from people to find the way to recover my account i have been trying on my own for 2 and almost a half months can someone please help me?
i can name off like 5+ characters all on the shattered hand server please someone help .... Holyshots slknightsr hulksmashu heartstabs seigejapan, etc was in guild: Seekers of BloodShed leader was SlBlood. now is Yabullseye help me please |

You'll want to remove your name and the e-mail, could land in the wrong hands.

What have you done to try to get the account back? We need to know so we can get you pointed in the right direction. Also please remove your real name and email address, the CSFRs do not need that information they can see the account by looking up the character names and realm. |

well i have tryed everything this guy has changed email password name and email is a wierd one something like a***@126.com so idk but i ttryed account recovery with game code and everything but still nothing

Have you tried making a brand new e-mail account that you've never used before, and then called billing to add it to the account to regain control?

This was actually reported - and restored at the end of December. The account is still locked for your protection. You'll want to get in touch with our Billing department once you are absolutely positive your system AND the email account attached to it are secure. They did change the email - so that's an excellent indication that email account is NOT secure. It would likely be better at this point to create a totally new and unrelated email to use with your Battle.net account. Billing can help you change that. You will, however, want to make sure your system is cleared first. When you know that's all good - give Billing a call, or have your guardian call in.
