So Hearth Stones are very rare?

I read some where that Hearthstones are actually very rare and valuable relics. I wont judge its value cause it freakin helps but rare item? So lore wise do all random adventurers you stumble upon have this so called rare and valuable relic?

Not necessarily. The fact that 10 million people have hearthstones the moment they make a character is probably just a game mechanic. |

I think lore wise there is only one adventure the is each class a race can be.
