Cunning of the Cruel

So Ive came to the conclusion that this trinket is a myth and its design was to keep PvPers like myself subscribed by running DS every week in an attempt to gain this trinket

Just got mine tonight, it exists.

Bastard. And I had figured this out at least a month ago: Cunning of the Cruel exists to keep casters, both raiders and those that do PvP, playing until Mists, and running LFR for that extremely small chance that you will get it. |
|
I was running LFR helping my guildmates get some stuff and I was thinking, "Ah, my trinket won't drop. I've only seen it drop once." It dropped off Morchok. Then my thoughts were, "Ah, I won't win it. I hardly ever win anything out of LFR and there's a lot of casters here." Rolled a 200 and got it. Best night ever.

Almost as elusive as Lightning Rod off Hagara.

Bosses killed that can drop Cunning: 148 Assuming a .5% chance, you're in the unlucky 47.6% that won't see it in 148 kills. |
Bastard. |
Demo and Affliction Locks know that feel bro |

Why is CoC so popular? Wouldn't IotCM be better for pvp? (Assuming you're not being trained like usual, if so then I see why CoC would be good).
Also, on the topic of Lightning Rod I've never seen it drop, yet I see many casters in my realm already having that normal mode staff :/ |
