DS Buff getting increased to 10% next week

I was really expecting at least 2 more weeks of 5%, to match ICC timeframes. Do you guys think the blanket nerf is being applied too fast this time around?

They will probably go up to 35% before MoP is out allowing the whole place to become a giant loot pinata. I could see if heroic madness offered anything new and interesting, sadly it doesn't and it will just expose how boring, mind numbing, and badly designed the last 2 encounters are even more-so on heroic.

This is so stupid. So many guilds are now progressing after the 5% buff, why do we even need another 5?

the only reason for the nerf is that blizz knows that players will quit when stuck on a boss after awhile. they know that alot of guilds can't get the ideal set up together to kill the bosses but people will still hit there heads against them till they burn out and quit.
but honestly blizzard just give a reward for killing the bosses without the nerf, that will shut people up pretty quickly. |
1 month of free loot. And you trash everything after 1 new level. |

Did they get rid of Alliance on Illidan? There are only 3 guilds ranked on alliance out of 340 lol. Thats crazy |
Just out of curiosity what do you guys do now that you've gotten your Savior of Azeroth titles? Farm can't possibly take more then a few hours tops. I ask because I'm really not understanding how having more people finish the content all together is good for the game. Having nothing to do seems like the worst possible thing for this game and I have a feeling this next nerf is going to push a lot of people to that point. |
Farm can take a couple, depending on the fight (Spine.......). After that, we usually run a quick FL for more mounts and siphons then we have the rest of the week off. |
We just have to hope that they don't push the same thing they did with icc. If they are going to decrease the difficulty of the last instance at the same rate let's hope that they will get mop out faster than they did cata. At least icc had 12 bosses. I'd quit the game before I'll do a year of DS. |
