I'm running a dw frost spec and i looked through the sticky, but under AoE i didn't see Blood Boil at all. So i was wondering do frost dks use blood boil (i maybe the worst dk ever =P)?

I'm still leveling by the way, just to clear that up so i don't look like a total noob =P

Howling Blast > Blood Boil. There's no reason to BB at all since your Blood runes are automatically Death runes.

No Frost DK should be using Blood Boil. Howling Blast will hit much harder and can be used with twice as many runes.

Make sure you aren't using howling blast or plague strike, diseases barely hit and are a waste of your valuable resources as of 4.0

Also be spamming blood boil and blood strike and be using rune strike. Frost strike doesn't matter and obliterate costs too many runes.

Make sure you're always in blood presence so bosses can't kill you.

AOE rotation is basically about spamming howling blast and frost striking to get death runes to howling blast some more. If the packs are large and if you have an unholy rune not consumed then you can DnD on top of the howling blasts and can even tap to get yet another howling blast. When the pack starts to get smaller is when you'd go back to obliterating.
