I would like to start offering voice conference hosting software (like TeamSpeak) for guilds, and would like to integrate some APIs with it. As this service will be charged, is it allowed? If not is there any other comercial options/licenses that allow this kind of service?

As I understand it, the API portion needs to be free and the code that connects to the API needs to be freely available in source form. I would meet this as such:

* API connection service
** Free to use
** May "save" user preferences with a login ID
* VOIP conference service
** Client can display info from the above API connection service
*** Might need to be a plugin that is available under an appropriate license
