I'd like to see if there are any guilds here on Stormrage that need a MS shadowpriest (ilvl 392) with a very good set of holy gear (that I don't mind using when necessary). I'm golden for six hours a week during the weekdays...perhaps more during the summer since I teach and have more free time then. :) Ideally raiding time would be two-hours per day for three days a week versus the much more common alternative of two days per week at three hours per night. (Though the two-day option of three hours per night is NOT a deal breaker, necessarily). Any "block" of time between 8 and 11 PM is ideal.

I'm 7/8 in normal (before my old guild collapsed) and have joined a guild that has added two heroic kills on Morchok and Hagara that I've been a part of. However, their raids tend to end at 11:30 EST, which is a bit later than I like to go, since I have to be up fairly early in the morning.

I'm 35, have been playing since Vanilla, have a wife that used to play, and was a GM of our pretty sucessful guild before RL took her away. We have no children, so I tend to be pretty lucky in regards to "unexpected aggro." :D

For the time being, I'm looking at keeping the two to three days off of Friday or Saturday nights.

10-man size or 25-man size doesn't matter to me; neither does--at least at this point in the xpac--taking a bench seat for the good of the raid. If any of this sounds appealing, please leave me a note and I'll get back with you ASAP.

Mass Exodus is looking for a Shadow Priest with Holy offspec to complete our 25m team. We are currently 1/8HM and progressing more deeply into DS HMs. We recently have cut out some " cancer" but that has left us with a great group of raiders. Just need a few dedicated players to further our progression.
We raid Tuesday and Wednesday night from 9pm-12pm server. We are "casual" but still take raiding seriously and are progression focused but still have the ability to laugh and joke during raids. We raid because its fun right? If we lose the fun what is the point?

WHAT WE EXPECT:

-A good attitude of defaulting to looking at how to improve your own play in order to help your team reach its progression goals.
-Knowledge of new boss fights before the start of raid.
-Consistent attendance.
-Respect and politeness to fellow raiders.
-Knowing how to play your class very well and how to use your class to contribute to the raid as much as possible.
-Have at least 390 ilvl but skill/damage output is more important. Gear will come but skill usually doesnt :)

WHAT WE HAVE/GIVE:

-A positive, non-raging raiding environment (we don't have big egos and we're real down to earth.)
-4 raid teams which you could raid in with alts potentially.
-Core raiders get 250g repairs daily once they reach Core Raider status.
-Level 25 guild perks
-Weekly raid gold disbursements on gear/patterns that is not needed in the raid team are sold on the AH. Gold is then divided amongst the team. You get paid for raiding! Lately that has been averaging about 1-2k a month. (depends on drops of coarse)
