How many do you need? We tried to do the same thing in our guild but never could get it to work out. We don't have enough in the same time zone that are geared enough to get a raid together on a whim and no one really wants to make a firm commitment to any night and time so the people that were really serious about raiding kept leaving.

Back and forth we go.

That's why we're only looking for people who are more casual about raiding.

Silverfel has 279 toons in it...why cant you get 10 people on a weekend night to form a Raid?

Quite a few of our members are inactive as they are playing SWTOR.
