As stated, my ilvl 399I have killed Morchok, Yorsahj, and Ultrax on heroic.I have played since 2005 as an elemental shaman, this is and has always been my main.I am looking for a relaxed atmosphere among peers in skill and players likeminded in dedication and am prepared to negotiate availability. If i get a guild soon I can schedule my classes around the raid times easily.

I am looking for a group who clears normal modes within 2 months of starting progression, and clears at least a few heroic modes before the release of another tier. I wish to raid 1-2 nights a week and not push too hard. Ultimately I'd like to raid 6-8 hours per week and still accomplish this so as you can see i'm looking for a place among strong players who don't want to or can't spend crazy amounts of time raiding. Ideally my new home would also be 3/8 or 4/8 Heroic DS, but 2/8 (Mor,Ultrax) would be fine also.

My raid leaders have always valued me in the past because I learn mechanics very quickly, do good to excellent dps, react quickly, and can use my abilities in creative and useful ways. I am reliable and show up when i sign up, I never ninja-log, I am patient, I am helpful, and I am 100% guaranteed drama free under any circumstances. I am looking for a new raid group because my current raid group policy leads us to cancel raids too often. I just want the raids to happen and do not wish to spend an idle week when 1 or 2 spots can be easily pugged.

I am currently unavailable monday and thursday nights from 6 to 10 due to classes. I will have a new schedule for the summer semester and may arrange my classes and work around raid times.

*If you will server xfer we would like to talk.We are recruiting for a core position on one of our 10 man raiding teams. We currently have two 10 man teams which are both 5/8H. We will combine the teams and become a 25 man team for MOP.

About us: Veritas is a Horde raiding guild on the Velen server 5/8 Heroic DS. We offer a mature raiding environment with a laid back atmosphere while still consistently pushing for progression. Having been one of the first guilds formed on our server, we also sport a long history on Velen. Since BC, Veritas has been a progressive guild with steadfast raiders who are determined to conquer the current content.

Our raid Days will be: Tue/Wed/Thur or Tue/Thur/Mon. Whatever is workable for our raid team. Raid Times are: 6:00 Server – 9:00 Server. With invites going out at 5:45 Server (server is on Pacific time)
Our Server: Velen is a medium population PVE server with slightly more Alliance than horde (60/40). However, Horde has more progression in PVE than the Alliance side. The economy is strong and AH prices are quite reasonable. Our guild is currently ranked 7th on our server and because of our return to 25 mans we believe we have a good chance at server 1sts during MOP.
Loot System: We will be utilizing an EP/GP loot system with everyone starting out on an even playing field with the release of MoP. Until then, the 10 mans will be Free Roll on MS, then OS. *We do a trial period for new recruits, during this trial they may roll on loot but it will be rewarded to full members first. Once you have proven your ability to attend raids on time and be an asset to the team you will be promoted to full “raider” status. You will likely still receive many upgrades as a “trial” depending on your gear needs.

What we expect: Must have an exceptional understanding of your class. Flawless attendance; raiding needs to be a priority to you. Correct gemming, glyphing, speccing and reforging. If you can justify a variation from accepted best practice, we're all ears. Good internet and computer. Constant DC’s are not accepted and will cause you to lose your raid spot .IF you are a highly skilled player, please apply even if your class is closed. We are always looking for strong members :)

<Mad Decent> (Lv 1) is a brand new guild. Recruiting 1 Tank (Non-DK), 2 Heals, 1 DPS (Non-Mage/Hunter/Rogue) for our Core 10M for Heroic DS. Raid times: Tues-Thurs 7-10PM. Must have a minimum of 5/8 HM & 397 iLvl. Raids will be lead by an 8/8 HM.
