Hello i was hoping that a Gm could help me out with the following issue. I have unread mail in my inbox and it will not let me pay to have my toon transferred until the mail is deleted.

So my request is that a Gm would purge my mailbox of all my mail. I really wanted to have my toon transferred today so if a GM could plz help me out.

You would have to put in a ticket. There are no GM's on the forums.

There are no Game Masters on the forums. And there does not appear to be any Support Forum Agents on duty right now. You will want to open a ticket so a Game Master can take a look at your request.

Just curious, why should a GM delete your mail? why can't you just go to a mailbox, get your mail, and delete it yourself?

I'd guess that they're on a recently inactive account.

account is inactive correct lootgnomedude, so i do not even know how i got mail on him when he was inactive.

can't account is inactive and i cannot justify paying 15$ just to log in and delete mail

You can put in a ticket via the support site, Cordell. No need to pay to log in. :)

well ty did not know that even existed. I talked with a GM and i think the problem is fixed. thank you very much everyone for your help.
