About Vital Currently stationed on the Horde side of US-Uldaman, Vital is a guild focused on hardcore 10-man competitive raiding. Our leadership has been playing World of Warcraft for almost seven years and has extensive guild leading experience in both 10 and 25-man content. This experience includes leading a server first heroic Ragnaros kill and leading a US Top 20 ten man guild earlier this tier. Our roster consists of one dynamic melting pot of elite raiders steered by the same experienced leadership. Vital is a guild for smart players, players that strive to clear content fast while it's current, players that are consistent, players that enjoy raiding in a drama free environment, and above all, players that strive to be the best on a global scale. Basic Expectations of You ● Be geared well enough to step into the content we are progressing on and clearing. We aren't interested in gearing alts or catching you up after you decided to take a break from the game. ● Be able to provide logs to justify your performance. ● Maintain almost 100% life-time raid attendance. ● Have thick skin and be able to take criticism well. You will be yelled at in our raids and we will not have sympathy for your mistakes. This is a guild for hardcore and experienced raiders, not casuals. ● Give 115% each raid night. ● If you make a mistake in the raid, correct it, admit to it, and do not make the same mistake again.
