What loot distribution system do we use?

We currently use EPGP system for loot distribution. If you are unfamiliar what is EPGP, EPGP is based on the concept of Effort Points and Gear Points. Effort Points quantify the effort each member put towards the (common) guild goals and Gear Points quantify what each member got back in return. Loot priority is computed as the quotient of the two; priority (PR) is equal to EP/GP.

What are we looking for?

We are looking for the following qualitie(s):

• Players that posses an in-depth knowledge of their class which includes but not limited to, optimum talent specs, gear itemization, stat priorities and reforging.
• Players that have an acute awareness to their surrounds and are able to intelligently improvise.
• Players that come prepared, raid ready with consumables such as flasks, potions, food, etc.
• Players that take time to research fights before raid to help minimize the learning curve for new content.
• Players that have the patience and the endurance to wipe repeatedly on new content as part of a learning process.
• Players that have good natured personalities absolutely no drama queens. We're here to have fun, not to babysit.

• 90% minimum attendance

Our guild is a very small guild and we are going to keep it that way. Most guilds in today’s time have over 100 members and 3-10 raid groups. We came together a couple months ago and decided to create the guild that we all were looking for (small but effective).

About us:Veritas is a Horde raiding guild on the Velen server 6/8 Heroic DS. We offer a mature raiding environment with a laid back atmosphere while still consistently pushing for progression. We also sport a long history on Velen. Since BC, Veritas has been a progressive guild with steadfast raiders who are determined to conquer the current content.
Our raid Days will be: Tue/Wed/Thur or Tue/Thur/Mon. Whatever is workable for our raid team.

Loot System: We will be utilizing an EP/GP loot system with everyone starting out on an even playing field with the release of MoP.

We maintain a top 25 US 30 ranking while raiding four days a week and have currently cleared 8/8H25 DS as well as Firelands (7/7 H25) and are (13/13 H25) BoT/TotFW/BwD, finishing with US 33. We also have an active rated bg group with several Grand Marshals. We raid Monday - Thursday, 7 - 11PM PST. If you're a pro and can be a real beast when it comes to DPS then don't hesitate to apply. Currently 2/8 DS 10 man HM. We have 2 groups going and have decided that we are going to start recruiting for 25 man raiding. We raid Sun/Tues/Weds 8:30 -11PM Server.

We are looking to finish Cataclysm strong and working on heroic content and to get a solid group together for Mists of Panderia end game raiding. These are all for Core Raid spots. Hey there Darkdravon how are ya? I read your post and think you may like it here with us. We are currently looking for dps to help us finish out this tier and push strong into MoP. We are still very dedicated to finishing out this tier. I don't recruit people to sit out either, I recruit people to raid.

Our guild is <Graphic Content> of Madoran. (PVE) As you may be able to tell by our tag we are an adult guild...lol We enjoy playing and clearing end-game content together and having fun while doing it.

We are a very well established guild. Many of us have been playing and raiding together since Vanilla including the same GM and many of the same officers. We are not going anywhere which is important, I believe when considering a guild to join moving into a new tier.

We are currently 6/8 Heroic 25 man and pushing hard on Heroic Spine. (expect us to have it down this week)

We are looking to finish Cataclysm strong and working on heroic content in Dragon Soul. For Mists of Panderia we plan on being one of the best Alliance end game raiding teams on this server. We feel the best way to do that is to gather the core group together now and work on raiding this content as well as future content together. * We raid Wednesday & Thursday currently. But in MOP we will be raiding Monday-Thursday, 1-2 days will be dropped once progression is over.

Our gear level requirement for server transfers is 397+ with a minimum of 3/8H cleared. If you are below this level you MUST show a strong past history to be considered. We are a heroic raiding guild and therefore require a higher gear level of applicants as well as a base knowledge of the content we are experienced with.

You MUST be able to frequently meet our attendance requirement first and foremost. If you are a flaky raider you will NOT get a core spot with us. We run with a fairly tight roster and as a result attendance is our most important factor. If you CANNOT make all of our raid times, please look elsewhere. We highly frown upon frequent absences as we do not maintain a large bench and rely upon our core raiders to be on when its raid time.

We have been around throughout Wrath and performed well during this expansion. During T11 we cleared 9/13H in 25M. In T12 we were 6/7H. We are now 6/8H in 25 man. We will be hitting Mists of Pandaria hard as well and are also looking for players who are in it for the long haul. We are currently working on Heroic Spine!

We classify our guild as a casual hardcore guild. We define this as a guild who raids in a friendly, enjoyable environment for a limited time a week, while also progressing in hard mode content. We make the most of our 3 day raiding schedule. We are looking for friendly, loyal players who possess the skill to tackle hard modes. Attendance is key for us. For 3 days a week, 4 hours a night, we expect you to be online and prepared to raid!

We are looking to recruit friendly personalities and keep the raiding environment light and enjoyable. If you are looking for a cut-throat hardcore raiding guild, you may want to look elsewhere. That being said, failure or poor performance is something we will not be tolerating either. We're looking for friendly loyal raiders to add to our core but we also expect a lot of good performance and strong situational awareness. And above all, dedication to our 3 day raiding schedule. Life happens, but please make sure that life isn't happening on a weekly/bi-weekly basis if you can. It is hard to earn a core spot with us if you cannot make all 3 days frequently.
