Land locked? I have a coast line!
Someone underestimates the power of the dark side! |

No, I underestimate your ability to actually wage war on a nation far to the North without securing your own surroundings. After all, the Dark Portal is right there... and the Swamp of Sorrows isn't guaranteed to not host any troubles. |

Hey, if you think you have it bad, think how I feel. I have trolls to my west, Worgen to the north, Vrykul in the Howling Fjord, and I threw myself a Kvaldir invasion of Venture Bay.

d3rp. Worshippers of the Submarine Steak.
Well, I only have to worry about the Dwarves to the south... the Forsaken to the north... and whatever's lurking in the Twilight Highlands. |

I had me another Idea today,
Oil Platform (Provides 30 gold a turn) For every Oil platform built, travel costs go down 5% Requires full production tree to build a platform. Now, on Azeroth, very few places actually have oil, off of the top of my head I can only name a few Northrend: Borean Tundra: 2 Oil Resources, Fizzcrank Pumping Station and surrounding area Grizzly Hills: 1 Oil Resource, Blue Sky Logging Grounds Isle of Conquest: 1 Oil Resource, The Refinery (Isle of Conquest seems to be extremely recourse rich, so maybe there could be more than one.) Kalimdor: Durotar: 1 Oil Resource, Goblin Slums Stonetalon Mountains: 1 Oil Resource, The Sludge Werks Northern Barrens: 1 Oil Resource, The Sludge Fen Thousand Needles: 3 Oil Resources, Split hoof Heights (This subzone is basically flooded with oil, and several NPC's mention its worth, I think it would make a good point of contention considering 1k Needle's uniqueness.) Azshara: 1 Oil Resource, Bilgewater Harbor Eastern Kingdoms: Twilight Highlands: 1 Oil Resource, The Krazzworks Stranglethorn Vale: 2 Oil Resources, Crystal Shore and Lake Nazferiti South Seas: Lost Isles: 1 Oil Resource, KTC Oil Platform Kezan: 2 Oil Resources, Bilgewater Port (Maybe Kezan could be another oil rich contention point, the shore is completely littered with Oil Platforms.) I only named the ones currently in the game right now, and some presumed ones, for example, almost every Bilgewater Settlement has a little Oil Rig, I believe the only ones that were worth mention were the Krazzworks, The Goblin Slums, and Bilgewater Harbor. There'd have to be more equalization as well, Lordaeron needs some love, and STV cant be the only place in South EK with rigs. Like I said this was just a spur of the moment idea, so feel free to throw it right back at me. |

When in doubt; use my old CoW empire.
Name: Lordaeron Reclamation Empire Capital(s): Stratholme Leader(s)/Government Body(ies): King Eligor Dawnbringer II (More powers to be revealed after my headache) Government Type: Blind Theocracy Magic type: Light Religion: Holy Light Race(s): Humans Population: 5,000 Claimed Land(s): ALL OF LORDAERON. For now the Plaguelands Short history/ideology: It was called the Holy Revolution. Dissatisfied with Tirion Fordring's supposed "New World Order" in Lordaeron based on the pacifist teachings of the Light, Eligor Dawnbringer used the Brotherhood of the Light to stage a coup against the tyrant lord Fordring's fascist order. While he was struck down by Tirion's sword, his son, (egotistically named Eligor Dawnbringer II), was able to avenge his father by decapating Tirion. The sequence of events that happened next are known as the Reconquista, the Divine Ascention of Eligor Dawnbringer, and the formation of the Lordaeron Reclamation Empire, respectively. Now Eligor wars against the many powers in the Plaguelands for hope that one day all of Lordaeron...will belong to them. Military Forces: Infantry: Zealots (500) Cavalry: Knights (200) Ranged: Crossbowmen (300) Magic: Chaplains (250) (Heavy elements from both the Spanish and the Holy Roman Empire, as well as Nationalist sentiments) |

Oh, man, are you ever going to be in a world of hurt. You just caused the Argent Dawn and Ebon Blade to declare war on you :P
On the plus side, the Forsaken may find it useful to not squish you. |

Ah, crap. The Kingdom of the Two Lordaerons... and the Lordaeron Reclamation Empire.
Well, who said they need all of Lordaeron? Hehe. Besides, if all goes according to plan, my nation shall rise as a Lordaeron superpower. In which case it would be very hard to eliminate its ties to southeastern Lordaeron heh. |

Ah, crap. The Kingdom of the Two Lordaerons... and the Lordaeron Reclamation Empire. Does this mean there might be a Kingdom of the Three Lordaerons in the future? |
|

Does this mean there might be a Kingdom of the Three Lordaerons in the future? If there is... the third Lordaeron better like spaghetti. |
|
Quick question.
400 Dwarven Riflemen (Basic Riflemen): Archer (50) - 3 attack, 1 defense. +1 against unshielded infantry. 10 wood, 5 gold. (TALK TO ME WHEN YOU RESEARCH RIFLING) What exactly does that mean? |

Oh, man, are you ever going to be in a world of hurt. You just caused the Argent Dawn and Ebon Blade to declare war on you :P I thought I collapsed the Argent Dawn into my Empire? Bring it on Ebon Blade! This Lordaeron is the Third Empire. You can refer it to that. And we are going to have all of Lordaeron. You are merely in our way for our Lordaeron Reconquista. And we do not eat spaghetti, we eat liverwurst and sauerkraut. Kultur aufeinanderstoßen! (Culture clash) |

Or we can be swinging pals like Germany and Italy in WWII. We both have the same type(ish) of government. Kings shall be pals.
|
Means they'll be upgraded when you research the appropriate tech to have guns. Right now they're pretty much considered archers. |
So how will you feel about a republic? And just to get this out to start, the Siddarmark Republic really is a republic. There is no shadowy cabal of oligarchs, no corrupt politicians, it really is a genuine representational republic. I think this is a first for me, actually: my nation has a government without any sort of hidden agenda or secret, nefarious inner circle. |
I thought I collapsed the Argent Dawn into my Empire? Most of the Argent Dawn are not as radical as the Brotherhood of Light. What's left now considers your head just as good as Sylvanas' Plus, they're holding back the Forsaken while you build up your forces to not get squished. Be thankful :) |
Would crossbows be an appropriate level of technology for now? |
