Hello! As metioned, I am a 395 resto druid looking for a core spot for DS. I am willing to move to almost any server; it's just that my current server isn't doing it for me anymore.
I am available almost everyday except Mondays and Thursdays (and sometimes Sundays, but it's seldom) Thanks in advance! |

Silver Hand We are a 10 man raid guild who has only been together for a few months. In that short time we have gotten up to guild level 21 and climbing every day. We are currently 6/8 in DS as a guild although most of us have 8/8 xp. Looking for 2 focused and consistent raiders to fill out our core team Raid times are Friday 7-9 PST and Saturday 6-8 PST. We usually run some older raids and/or PvP on other days during the week but as they are not progression you can feel free to participate in them as you wish. We are a very casual group of adult players who know how to get serious and get the job done when it comes time. Iron Knights has been a casual raiding unit since mid Burning Crusade. We are a laid back group of individuals who like to have a good time while getting things done. Our players come from diverse cultures and all walks of life, each one of them has a unique sense of humor and the ability to take a joke during our lockouts. Loot?: Iron Knights has successfully run an officer driven loot council for the past 4 years. Our loot council is un-biased in deciding which way loot is distributed and is focused on what will make our raid succeed. Loot is handed out via a few different criterea. Attendance Performance Awareness Readiness What we're looking for: We are currently seeking like minded raiders that wish to see end game content on a casual raiding schedule. These individuals should be specced, glyphed, enchanted, and gemmed properly before applying or contacting our guild master. Preparedness is key, knowledge of the fights is a must for success in any raid. We prefer not to waste 5 minutes explaining fights to trial members. If you are willing to faction change as well we have been looking for a healer/dps druid for our team in Heroic DS. We do run things different, but depending on what type of attendance you have, you could have what you might consider a core spot. We are a casual/social guild, but we do take raiding serious and expect people to come ready.
I will be up front with you, we do already have a feral DPS druid, so if you kept feral as your OS, you would have competition for gear. Ultimately if you changed to Boomkin, there currently isn't any competition for gear. We typically take 2 pure healers and one healer/dps. Those with DPS OS have higher chance of getting into raids, but once again if you can make 90% of raids, then you would get preference anyways. We have high needs for the following classes: - Warlock - Hunter - Shaman(elemental, resto) - Mage - Druid(resto, balance) We have medium needs for the following classes: - priest(shadow, heal), deathnkights(dps), shaman(enhance) It would be difficult for us to fit in another: - rogue, paladin(ret) Because we recruit for the long term, we want players to apply on characters they enjoy playing most, not ones that temporarily fit our biggest needs. Despite what our class needs may indicate, we always welcome all classes to apply or at least inquire if you think you might be a fit. We will always consider the most skilled, seasoned, knowledgeable players regardless of need, and often times needs can be filled in more ways than one so don't hesitate to ask. We go until 10:30pm PST and rarely go later. * We ask applicants to commit at least 80% attendance to so they can be effectively evaluated. We are looking for people who can commit to this schedule in the long term for the entirety of the raid. * We occasionally run member organized 10mans and achievement runs on non-raid nights. * Loot in the 25-man's is distributed through a modified zero-sum DKP. Applicants immediately start earning dkp as soon as they start showing up for raid and dkp is retained through rank promotions. Naturally, there are a vast number of raiding alliance guilds on Cenarius, making it the ideal home if you are an alliance focused on raiding. Cenarius is home to Thott of Afterlife and was at one point home to Ciderhelm of Eventide and the penny arcade guys. It was the second US server to unlock all of sunwell. Even if we aren't the guild for you, your transfer wouldn't be for naught as there are many other competitive guilds on the server. [EST] We are looking to finish Cataclysm strong and working on heroic content in Dragon Soul. For Mists of Panderia we plan on being one of the best Alliance end game raiding teams on this server. We feel the best way to do that is to gather the core group together now and work on raiding this content as well as future content together. The spots that we have open right now are all for Core Raid spots. The recruit must be Geared (390ish+ item level at the very least, prefer higher) Raid Experienced and should be on for at least 90% of our raid times and come ready to raid.
