**ACCEPTING ALL EXCEPTIONAL APPLICANTS**
<Forte> was founded on Turalyon just short of the Cataclysm release in order to preserve a top end raid team for the remainder of the WotLK expansion. Though it's members moved on to other 25-man endeavors after the current expansions release, a few of it's core have moved to Blackhand in hopes to reignite that spark and return to a top 100 progression guild.
Our platform is to foster a mature and goal-oriented mentality within our ranks. We thrive on motivation to be the very best at what we do, and expect our members to do the same for one another.
Abuse and misbehavior in official raids and or pickup runs, like flaming and or ninjaing are strictly prohibited. Inflammatory language with a malicious intent toward others in either guild chat or raid chat will not be tolerated. Respect your fellow guild members. If you have a problem with a fellow guild mate, try to solve it by talking it through privately with the player in question. If you're unable to settle things inform one of the guild leaders for further assistance.
We as a guild focus on PvE, and this means that on the officially planned raid days all members that are online are expected to join the raid.
What We Expect
All raiders are expected to meet all raid times, and be responsible enough to post out when necessary. We do not keep an official attendance policy, because the expectation is that you want to be there for us every night. If absences become habitual, further actions will be taken to ensure progression continues at a top level pace.
We expect to adopt a top end atmosphere and our members to treat it as such. While we want everyone to have fun and enjoy themselves, raid time is focus time. We expect our members to perform at where their current gear set / experience will allow.
Finally, we ask that members hold themselves well in public. As a member, you represent this guild by having a tag over your head.
What You Can Expect
All Forte raiders can expect fair distribution of loot (Via Loot Council) and equal opportunity to raid.
We will never ask anything of you that we wouldn't ask of any of our other members in your situation.
You can expect a full duration trial period lasting anywhere from 3-6 weeks, as well as a well documented set of criteria we will be evaluating.
Lastly, you can expect a group of dedicated, like minded players that are willing to go the extra mile for you to push content and develop our community.
To Be Accepted
We require all trials to have a unanimous approval from our current raiding core first and foremost. To be a part of our team, our core must support the kind of person you are. While most of us have full time jobs, families, etc. and are fairly well rounded, it can't be stressed enough that you need to be able to fit into our community day in and out.
Monday - Thursday (8:00 - 11:00) Central Standard Time
We expect to be doing pulls at 8:00. Invites will go out at 7:45 and the expectation is that everyone is on and ready to go. If you're still interested in joining Forte, go to our website and fill out the application to the best of your ability. Remember, this is our first impression of you. If you do not take this application seriously, we will not take you seriously and your this form will be dismissed just the same.
Best of luck
