in recent discoveries i made shadow priest below 2k doesn't mass dispel their healers out of CC

What can mass dispel do to get a healer out of a CC that a normal dispel couldn't accomplish? Can you mass dispel a cyclone or something?

Are you serious? The difference being that you are shadow and not the healer.

You can dispel any magic cc's. No other class can do that barring warlock with imp.

Healer gets hoj'd/repped you dispel it. He gets trapped you dispel it. It is incredibly powerful.

Shadow Priest lost their defensive dispel during Cataclysm. You can , now , only remove magical CC from your healer by using Mass Dispel.

Yeah I guess I just didn't realize that my normal dispel doesn't remove magic effects if I'm in shadow spec. Definitely a HUGE flaw in my current gameplay. I'm so glad I made this thread as this fact alone will help me immensely.

I am not the one thats sub 1700.

The dps loss from juking isnt worth it when you can mindspike while locked out of shadow tree.

Spriests arent a dot based class like warlocks are.

Meaning, mind flay gets pummeled you can free cast spikes. Same goes for mages, if frostbolt gets pummeled they can free cast frostfire bolt (lol). Although the downside of that is, if mindspike gets interrupted than you cannot cast from either school.

Shadows need one extra escape against double melee teams and rogue needs to be nerfed so RLS won't do that good. Because any team with shadow will auto loose to decent RLS.

That will fix shadow this season.

But you forgot to mention that one mind spike will remove all dots that isn't the best thing, and without wings mind spike isn't that great either.

If that's the case can you please tell me what is inaccurate? I don't want to be doing anything stupid.

Only problem with triple dps is it counters just about everything else that doesn't play with a holy paladin

Lots of talk on a level 1.

You talk about mindspiking something, when a mellee can simply run through you/get behind you to cancel that cast/they will be all around you and over you. It isn't as easy as it sounds...And yes we aren't a dot based class. We are a class dependant on RNG for orbs.

Agreed, no one wants VT on them, thus while they will go for the kick/interupt off the bat.

is it that easy? or is the caster a keyboard turner?
