No. To lay claim to the ability of making one of these glorious kingd-I mean threads, you must make a character in the realm of Andorhal and champion them to their 15th level. At that point you must make the fabled journey to Gurubashi Arena and slay the reigning king, Rufike, in a best two out of three fight.
