404 6/8H Resto Druid LF 25m 8/8

Not positive I want a change right now, but seriously considering it. I have knowledge to 3rd plate in Spine and many kills on first 6 bosses. 404ilvl Resto - 393 Ilvl Kitty DPS (25k or so on target dummy, could do much more if I had a good weapon/gear, raid buffs, and flask) I have many healing parses and my logs can be seen on my player profile here:http://www.wow-heroes.com/character/us/Velen/Trikolas/
*Note: My guild generally "overheals" everything, if we can bring 4 healers (in 10m) and not hit enrage, my GM will do it to be on the safe side. It is her strategy but this keeps me from parsing on many fights in DS. I have been playing since 2005 but left for several years to get a pair of college degrees. I'm 31 years old so maturity is not really an issue. In 2005 I was in a top world guild and one of the first to kill Nefarian in BWL. I *require* strong leadership, raids that start on time, structure, etc.... Not putting up with baddies and holding players accountable for poor DPS/HPS/Tanking is not optional with me. Absolutely don't mind helping people but if someone is performing below their potential I expect it to be dealt with and handled. I don't mind wiping to new content (obviously) and don't mind paying my own repair bills. I don't care to be an officer in my future home, but if needed I have been an officer in both of my previous guilds excluding my current guild. I have also done recruitment in the past and have been pretty successful at it.Generally, I provide almost all the fish for my guild and don't mind continuing to do so. I am available to raid 6pm - 11pm CST Any Day except Sunday. What I won't do: Been Horde since 2005, want to stay that way, Will not consider going to an RP server, Will not go to a low-population/dead Server. Will not consider a guild that's not 8/8H (sorry). I won't change my MS to anything but Restoration, I will gladly change my OS to boomkin and don't mind DPSing when asked, I just much prefer to heal. What I can do: I can Bring an alt (399 R-shammy) if the guild has alt raids or I can leave him where he's at for alt raiding, I can pay for my own server xfer. Encore is a former top 100 US guild on Illidan. We are back in the top ten of 25 man guilds on Illidan looking to push even higher in Mists. We are currently recruiting to continue farming madness for the next few months. Many of us plan to play D3 together. We then plan to return for MoP and want a set roster.

We've been sitting around gearing for Dragonsoul, farming current content for a fair amount of time now, we're a well established 25 man holding top alliance progression in content since late WOTLK. We pride ourselves on having a good community within guild, as well as a very large, and active playerbase. We dont have clicks, sects, or groups of people who dislike one another and squabble. We're are a Pve guild, but we're looking to expand back into RBG's again as we used to do all guild early into the expansion. We're DKP based, and reset dkp for all major patches containing new raiding content. We're Game Over a 25 man (A) guild on a medium pop server called Eredar ( EST ). We're 8/8 DS 25 N 5/8 DS H 25 ( soon to be 6/8 ) and 8/8 DS ( progressing hardmode ) 10 alt teams and are/have been farming Heroic content for months to gear up while rapidly progressing into other hardmodes.
