I have 7/8 H experience, and although MoP is just around the corner, I don't know the exact release date, so if I can find a guild still doing FL, that would be perfect.

I have 7/8 HM experience, stable internet connection, strong computer that handles all of the casting, and boss animations pretty will. My schedule doesn't really allow for me to raid any later than 10 pm CST, but I am willing to negotiate.

I prefer an alliance raiding guild because it just seems like on Horde I am being forced to go troll because of the amazing Berserking racial, which helps significantly on fights like Heroic spine.

I also have a ilvl 386 resto sham than I can transfer over, and I'm willing to do as many alt runs as it takes to help out anybody else still progressing on their staff. It's just tough competing with the staff and troll racial.

Blood Sweat & Tiers ( 8/8HM ) is an first year 25 man guild that was built by veteran progression raiders who were unhappy with what they were giving up in terms of guild culture in order to down content. We all believed that a guild could be progressive and STILL maintain a professional, mature teamwork oriented atmosphere. The officers and most of the guild are older, working professionals who want to have a focused raid environment coupled with a rich guild environment, all in a three day, nine hour raid week.

Blood Sweat & Tiers is a guild for experienced raiders committed to achieving a rank of US200 in 25 man raiding. Most importantly, our goal is to down all content in a Tier while it is relevant, including the Meta Achievement, we are looking people who feel just as strongly that missing those goals is NOT an option.. Blood Sweat and Tiers has all the prerequisites of a stable, long lasting guild:

* Adult raiding - Our average raider is over 30, there is no yelling, no berating, there ispositive reinforcement, long term strategic vision, and accountability without drama.
* Experience - Officers have experience leading guilds and raids since early BC, and have been playing since release.
* No Bench - We do not recruit a bench, we have a roster size goal of 29
* Consumebales - Flasks, feasts, enchants and guild repairs for all raiders in good standing
* Loot - We are using a EPGP with high decay which discourages hording and encourages rapid improvement to the benefit of the raid team without officer intervention.
* Transparency - guild management is open about all guild business, guild membership is in charge of various aspects of guild maintenance.

OOB is a 7/8H 25man guild (been together as a 40/25 man since classic) that raids Tues-Thurs from 7-10 CST with invites starting at 6:30. We are more than just a hardcore progression guild, we are a family. We do a firelands 10H run on Saturday's and a Alt run on Sunday afternoons, we have a group of people who do a 2k+ rated rbg team, on Monday nights we do events/guild achievements. About Us

Stability and Experience - OOB was formed (under our former name Order of Bahamut) just a couple weeks after the server was opened in October 2005. <OOB> was made in November 2006 and has been raiding on Kael'thas since level 60 Molten Core. We have survived many summers, stale content syndromes, and three expansions.

Efficiency - Although we strive to reach high levels of progression, our goal is to do so on a limited raiding schedule (9 hours/week). Accordingly, we strive to be as efficient with our members' time as we can.

Our current 25 man progression is 7/8 in Dragon Soul Heroic. In tier 12 we were 6/7 Heroic 25 man and in tier 11 we were 9/13 25 man heroic. In wotlk we killed both LK and Halion heroic in 25 mans.

Our raiding schedule is Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday from 7:00-10:00 PM server time, which is CST.

In addition to our main raid, we also have a 10 man alt team. The 10 man alt progression is 2/8 in Dragon Soul Heroic. Alt raid schedule is Sundays from 4:00-~7:00 PM server time. We also have many old content/achievement raids (time and date can vary on these raids).

About You

- 2 caster DPS (preference on mage and warlock)
- 1 exceptional DPS of any class

The most important things that we look for in our members are:

Commitment - raiding only works if everyone is honestly committed to showing up to all raids. You have to commit to all of our three raiding days and show up at least 85% of the time.

Good Attitude - you should be a friendly player with a positive attitude. You should be able to discuss raid strategies, raid composition, and/or people's performance without drama.

Skill - knowing your class intimately and giving 100% every raid is a must. Performance in raids is evaluated and if you don't contribute equally then we'll recruit to replace you.How to Apply

We've been raiding 7 years now (formed at release), and are currently 7/8H P2 of Madness - 6/7HM P3 in T12 and 9/13 in T11 Heroics. We're looking to add a Mage. We do still run Firelands.

We raid 25 mans Sunday-Wednesday from 7:15-11:00EST. Most of our members are out of school and have jobs, so we offer a more mature, stable, balanced environment. How many other raiders can say they've done everything from Lucifron to Ragnaros (twice) in the same guild?

LoE is a guild for players who are serious about raiding, but don't have the time to meet the heavy schedule requirements of most progression guilds. We raid 25-mans 3 nights a week, 3 hours a a night. Our raids are highly focused, efficient, and successful to meet our raid goals. Loot is given out using a bid based DKP system. We are looking for players with the skill and drive to beat hard-mode encounters.

Our schedule is Tuesday through Thursday night from 8pm to 11pm CST.
