-Must be decently geared.
-Have vent
-Have Preform AV Enabler downloaded and turned on.

I'm not sure if they meet your requirements, but I see someone in my guild that is going after that title as well. Pretty sure it is Phoenixphire. If it isn't then they do advertise in Trade whenever they are on looking for people to come with so maybe he'd be interested.
