Here is a great macro to make it go faster

#showtooltip Pick Pocket
/console targetNearestDistance 5

/cast [target=mouseover, exists] Pick Pocket; Pick Pocket
/cleartarget

Keybind this and simple mouse over the target then hit your keybinding for a quick pickpocket
Make sure to have auto loot on to make it even faster.

Also, I'm not sure how serious you are for getting the Insane title but may I also suggest you go kill mobs in Arathi Highlands inside the castle or Hillsbrad Foothills within The Uplands so you don't need as many lockboxes. The killing should get you to honored at least and cut probably a couple hundred off your amount needed.
