Frost PVP dps rotation

I have heard mixed opinions on what I'm suppose to do to be optimal with frost pvp (arenas).

HB / necrotic >> FS for rune dump

Obliterate Spam >> FS for rune dump

Which one of these is optimal for arenas?

Mastery > haste right?

The first option. HB/Necrotic. Obliterate really only used for 2h frost pvp, when the target is low armor (cloth and some leather wearers), sub 35% health, with a KM proc. DW pretty much forgoes obliterate entirely.

And yes, Mastery over Haste for pvp.

Could u be more specific please? assuming in arena and targets are being heals, should i prioritize necrotic over HB? like what should i use death runes on? HB or necrotic?

And I use a 2 hand...

Is obliterate even worth binding then?

Reading that would tell me I should keep it.

You should really be able to count the number of times you use it in any given match with your thumbs. It is just not great. Anytime a clothy is low and you have km, you are still probably better off with an HB then a Frost strike, but for 2h, it has its place i guess.
