Browsing the Fan Art section here I found a piece that looked awfully familiar. Then it occurred to me that I had seen it on a trading card. Not a Blizzard trading card, but one of another company. I looked up the image for comparison and well... You tell me what you think.

I believe it's too similar to be considered an original piece, the fan art. What do you think?

It's happened before. I believe there is a fanart image of a fanart image in there too - the one of the Gnome looking upwards in his study, and the duplicate female gnome version. Not so much theft in that case though since you can see the original on the wall in the second one.
More like an appreciation piece.
I'm not sure how art theft works exactly as far as what's allowed and what isn't, since it happens all the time on the internet.
