ok so im having this DPS problem.

Im only pulling around 23k-26k on reg 85 dummies with an ilvl of 391 while other people with 387-391 are outdpsing me.

And i would like to know whats wrong.

Ok so the priority i am using is:

KM oblit > KM FS > Rime (howling blast) > oblit >= howling blast > FS.

I never let my runic power cap.
I keep diseases up.

Is it my spec?
Or the priority rotation?

Is there a specific point i should pop my offensive CD based on how much runic power i have at that time?

Is it my gear?
(gemming?) (reforging?)

Perhaps my stat priority?
Str > 8% hit = expertise(26) > haste > mastery > crit?

Advice is greatly appreciated and i thank you in advance ^.^

I dont know why the haste percentage on armory is so low.
The end-game percentage amount is 74%

Howling blast sans rime is not something you want to do unless it's to refresh frost fever w/o outbreak, which should be almost never.

Other wise it looks good. The most important thing is to NEVER rp cap. Frost strike is only a bit less dmg than oblit, so use KM procs on oblit only if you are not going to RP cap. this is one of the reasons frost is so rng heavy. You never know where your rp is going to be when you get a proc.

other than that, you are missing a ton of enchants, and you have a random mastery/stam gem. left over from a tank set maybe?

I dont know why the haste percentage on armory is so low.
The end-game percentage amount is 74%

unholy presence. (presences aren't counted in the armory stats)

Enchants:

You are missing a helm enchant, shoulder enchant, cloak enchant, chest enchant, bracer enchant, boot enchant and you're glove enchant should be +50 str. You are losing around 230 strength right there as well as around 60 secondary stats.

Reforging:

You are over expertise cap, you are over hit cap which is also losing more important secondary stats.

Gems:

Looks all good besides you're chest need a +20 str +20 hit (or the epic one) gem.

For Rotation you should be doing:

Diseases
Obliterate if both Frost/Unholy pairs and/or both Death runes are up, or if Killing Machine is procced
Frost Strike if RP capped
Rime
Obliterate
Frost Strike
Howling Blast
Horn of Winter

A nice macro to have is:

#showtooltip Pillar of Frost
/cast Pillar of Frost
/use [insert trinket name here] (obviously not needed if you don't use a on use trink)
/cast Outbreak

This will use you're pillar of frost and apply diseases which you almost always want to outbreak after Pillar is up to increase disease damage. Also remember to summon ghoul with Pillar/pots/procs up because he snapshots your stats when you summon them. Also be sure to never use army unless it is at the very start of the fight or when there is downtime were you cannot do anything better then just sit around.

Ya, im terrible at making money...saving atm for enchants.
And no other gem was in the AH at the time i got it and i havent thought about it since lol.

Thanks for reminding me. Just bought a str/hit gem.

Thats the lowest possible expertise/hit i can get without going under 8%/26 with my current gear.
