I have a 383 Holy Paladin and a 381 Mage, I have managed to do no raiding what so ever since ICC and would love to get in some groups. The idea of LFR worries me. I expect the worst.

Any guilds hiring for raid groups?

"Just for fun" is adult guild that raids on Saturdays. They are casual, looking for people and willing to train and help you learn your encounters.
LFR are not bad. They are on there own timer so go ahead n give it a try. Easy mode and follow the group.
