One of our teams recently broke apart with players scattering all over the place. LF well geared, mature players to raid at least twice a week. Raiding etiquette and awareness is a must. If you have the desire but not the gear we can clear normal for a few weeks until everyone is up to par.

25% nerf. Shouldn't need more than a 390 ilvl to do Heroic, at least Morchok, Yor'shaj, Warlord, Hagara, Ultraxion.
