LF 399+ hunter for 25m PVE (or arms/ele)

We're an old reform from 60/70/80 - Got 16 of the core back from the old hardcore days and have done 25m recruitment clears a few times now. Picking up some goods, filtering out the bads. Where we sit now, we have 23 skilled players, and about 8-15 average players fighting for those last couple spots. I'd like to fill them with pros though.
We currently run with no hunters and only raid with two players that share your token. Main raid nights are tue/wed, 6-9 pacific. we're not interested in doing normals. This is alliance, 25m, and will always be alliance 25m. 16 DPS are split into four groups of four, where their collective damage done is added and compared with other groups....Top group per four raid lockouts receives 50,000g - So things get competitive and fun. The final recruitment-raid is this SUNDAY night at 6PM (pacific) and then we're taking the roster into the tue/wed schedule for heroics.
