Every week this summer, we’re challenging you to get together with a few friends to explore a part of Azeroth that you may not have seen in a while, or perform a feat that you may have never done. We’re calling them World of Warcraft Summer Challenges, and we’re going to be playing along with you as we hunt down rare achievements, get screenshots of amazing bosses, and try to find some rare gear for our transmogrification sets.

Something I've always wanted to do in Karazhan: After you've cleared out the place, round up 9 of your mates, have everyone turn off their UI and play a giant game of hide and seek. :>

Guess is how they want to try and keep people interested in WoW until MOP is released.

Ahhh Karazhan, if I could somehow bring a AH, Bank, and Trade Chat into Karazhan I would never leave it! I go every week and either solo it and I never tire of it. The music fits the raid perfectly! Kara was one of blizzard's best raids (next to Ulduar), and i wish they do another haunted house raid soon!

To this day Karazhan is still my favorite raid, I love the whole atmosphere of the instance and some of the boss encounters are truely memorable (such as the Opera event). I remember doing this back during BC and my guild at the time and I always had so much fun on it.

All three enchants dropped for me today on my priest. I've been doing kara for a long time now and barely see one drop. Won them all since I two man it with my fiance. Doing the chess match with just two players is fun, frustrating at times, but fun :)

Wonderful! I do Kara weekly! I even already have the mount >.>
Its just sorta one of those things me and my friend dont get bored of. Also he is DYING for the  Wolfslayer Sniper Rifle. We always get Romeo and Juleit one, I think we have gotten Wizard of Oz 2 or 3 times. He barely knows what the Big Bad Wolf fight is he just wants its gun : /Edit: Also I just remembered the amazing that is  Gorehowl. I wanted that for awhile. Cant beleive that isnt on the list of notable items, or Wolfslayer Sniper Rifle.

Oh, for sure lol.... this is their attempt to keep interest in WoW. without actually adding anything new.... Wrath, we got Halion(Ruby Sanctum... whose trash, guilds would pay through to nose to skip...) which while only technically one boss with 3? or 4... minibosses.. WAS SOMETHING! x-x woulda been interesting had they released the abyssal maw/depths raid that was planned... but never actually finished/released... (and I know there was a blue post stating that it was 'only like 3-4 bosses anyways' .... ... I could not help but read that and laugh... BoT IS ONLY FOR BOSSES!! and Conclave is two... BH is 3.. so when you compare 3-4 bosses (abyssal maw) with the other Cata raids... 3-4 bosses is actually quite large... around 1/2 of firelands...) *cough* rant over ... so yeah! karazhan.. Cool raid, I miss its style (super massive building that has to be explored... vs the current hallway system) GO GO CHESS! =P ... i miss chess q-q also miss the old mounts/pets/items you could get out of there... /shrug Nostalgia with nerfs... have fun clearing it solo... or with friends, or however you want ^_^ ALSO... Baldock... o-o that.... is... an amazing Idea! I have to bring it up next time my guild feels like clearing it xD that is gonna be awesome. |

Kara was the first raid I ever got to do in WoW. And I remember once specific moment, i was tanking adds in the upper part. I was pulling them backwards toward the ramp everyone was on, and I walked back too far and fell off the ramp and died.

This was changed in 4.1 to make all the enchants near 100% drop rates off bosses in BC instances. they pretty much always drop now. Trash drops in 5 mans were also raised considerbly but no where near the level of bosses, those might still take a few mobs. |

Ok i really like Kara but I swear whenever they post these forums there are always people (generally the first couple) that i swear have been payed off by blizz (I mean really did you read them?) I mean how is this a brilliant idea? A briilliant idea would be some side content to keep us satisfied like a mini pet or something that we couldn't otherwise get. Getting to the point where im glad my sub is up soon so I can quit paying for these rehashes if you can even call them that. On a side note im pretty stoked for MoP.
