Hello Frostmane. Variance is a new progression oriented raiding guild that just transferred to this server. Our officer core has experienced raiders who have participated, and lead in guilds that have made their way into the top 4% in the world. We raid Friday and Saturday nights 8-11pm server time. We do not use a guild leader and officer guild structure. We lead the guild equally.
