397ilvl rdruid lf raiding guild

Hi there, as the title states I'm a 397ilvl resto druid with 3/8 HM EXP with solid attempts on several other hm bosses. The raid group I had previously been raiding with transferred and until recently I hadn't been interested in raiding. My experience with progression raiding is limited, as most of my WoW career has been on under achieving servers but I'm quite capable of contributing to a group as I'm dedicated, and willing to learn. I strive to be the best i possibly can be. I will be transferring to BB, the sooner I find a suitable guild the sooner I transfer.
What I'm looking for: - at least 4/8HM - raiding times anywhere from 8 - 1pm EST - 2 to 4 days a week - prefer horde (as I'll be transferring more than one character and don't want to pay more than I have to) Qualifications: -5/13HM T11 -1/7HM T12 Been playing since BC and I have a good understanding of my class with respect to healing. I love to excel and will do what it takes to make myself a better player. I also am capable of playing a dps OS, (preferred) feral - 393ilvl or boomkin - 396ilvl (boomkin gear is mostly resto however). I can work on getting some logs for people interested that need more concrete proof.
