Due to a handful of reasons, I'm looking to leave my current server and start over somewhere new and I was looking at heading on over to this server for arena. BUT before I make the xfer, I was hoping to get some opinions of the server and also look if anybody would be interested in doing 3s once I got there.

As someone who's been around since nearly the server's birth, this place has it's own little set of pros and cons. If your primary reason to come to this server is for good arena opportunities, you may want to reconsider. Of course, there's a handful of amazing PvPers over here (and of course, I play Horde exclusively, so I can't account for Alliance), but the realm being a PvE server to begin with, and a relatively small one at that, there aren't a whole lot of hardcore PvPers around, so the options are a little on the limited side.

Who knows, though. Perhaps there are plenty of them, but they tend to keep quiet. I'll let someone who lasts longer than 5 seconds in an Arena tell you for sure one way or the other.

Otherwise, I like it here. We don't have a ton of raid progression going on around these parts either, these days, but there are usually at least a couple decent, skilled, progression-oriented guilds on each side while the content's relevant. Like I've mentioned before, it's a relatively small realm, so sometimes it all feels like a big, dysfunctional family. It's really easy to get a bad reputation and be blacklisted if you're looking to take advantage of anyone.

Alliance outnumbers Horde, but not by a huge margin. It's a relatively balanced realm. Couldn't tell you one way or the other about the economy, because I don't venture away from Exodar very often, but I usually have no problem with the Auction House. Of course, right now, it's kinda hard to even get a red gem to sell, but the expansions right around the corner.

Though the same can be said about every server, expect things to liven up as the expansion approaches.

The main reason I picked this server was because it looked like it dominates it's battlegroup in 3s for alliance (horde looks to be area 52). I'm just trying to find somewhere good to go where I could consistently do arena with a relatively good team. =P

This, basically. GL finding a team but you may have better luck in a few months when everyone is back for MOP, don't give up though! There's probably lots of people just sitting around looking for something to do alliance side as well(I know that's the case with horde), you'll probably find a team.

Fair warning - I like words. I use them a lot. If you find yourself on the forums often, prepare for words.

I think the Alliance is kind of sleepy at the moment, but I bet there are people sitting around looking for something to do. Keep asking, and you'll find somebody.
