Porridge (serves 1)
1/2 cup of oats (i prefer Uncle Toby's)
1 1/4 cup of water, or even better vanilla soy milk
step 1. combine oats and water in a microwave safe bowl (i must stress MICROWAVE safe, please no pots or aluminium containers)
step 2. heat on high for a few minutes
step 3. stir, if it's sloppy put it back in the microwave for another 30 seconds
pour into a prettier looking bowl and ~drizzle~ with maple syrup, or honey
