Hey guys, I have the normal Kiril, and was wondering if the the heroic Spire is better? I'm currently 6/8 H DS Survival Hunter. What are your thoughts?

And whats better between Normal Madness bow or the Heroic Warlord bow? thanks again.

Pretty sure it's Heroic Spire > Normal Kiril, and Normal Vishanka > Heroic Horn.

Use simcraft and see what dps is higher.

Pick the Win32 if you have windows and make sure you don't choose the BETA file.

But, why would you take 1070 constant agility over some hit/mastery? And normal vish imo over hwarlord xbow.

The polearm is not a static (constant) 1070 agility. I am sure he was concerned about the proc.

The up time on it is nearly that, though.

I don't think you understand how it works.

Seeing as how the polearm has an ICD (Internal Cooldown) of 60~ seconds, I wouldn't call that static.

You don't even get the full stack of agility on the initial proc, so you have ramp up time. At max agility stack you have about 10 seconds.

Even so, I have it on my Hunter and looking over my parses I have about 78% uptime on madness, which imo, that's worth it, even if it only stacks once or twice, because even at that it's still a couple to a few hundred extra agi.

lol no you don't, it is impossible to get that high with a 20 second buff that has a ~60 second ICD, unless the fight is only 25 seconds long. Feel free to link those logs though to prove me wrong. I don't know why I'm letting myself get trolled here..

Heroic Spire > Normal Kiril and Normal Vishanka > Heroic Horn, but the difference is something like a few hundred DPS so feel free to use whatever you want, a few hundred DPS isn't going to make or break any fights at 30% nerf. Pre-nerf 25-man heroic Ultraxion maybe, but not now.

BTW you can still take off the damage/hp debuff on the mobs, if you didn't know. And 40 second downtime on a 15 minute fight?

Unless he trolls his raids with his terrible damage output, I don't think he is trolling here either. He simply just doesn't understand the game at all.
