i remember way back in the day that this website had a sorta dressing room where u could pick your race class and tier of armor and you could see what it would look like does that exist anymore? if so please give a link

Wowhead can sort of do this. Use the item comparison tool to add different items... then you just drag and drop them on to each other. Then you can view the setup in 3d on whatever race you want. It isn't very dynamic, but if you're just looking to get a 3d rendering for a visual, it should suffice.
