Warning: a boring and semi-philosophical post approaches

It's not really a concern that actual guilds are leaving but rather people are leaving. That is what upsets me. I've been in different guilds in past expansions and I am pretty comfortable here. I think a lot of people are comfortable with a "medium" to "small" server as opposed to completely full or completely barren. That's what I like at least.

I like logging on and seeing the same people, same guilds, the same running gags in trade, etc. Not some new fool in town who starts mouthing off in trade and ends up making every person/guild hating them (see: the era of DSLB).

Also, I think it's worthy to point out that every time I open my mouth in trade or on the forum someones making a comment about how our guild is bad or how I am bad (hint: I am bad). This is especially funny to me because I make it a point to not bad mouth other guilds if I can avoid it. Hard though to not bad mouth specific people when they get going on their usual routines.

People are quick to compare us to Rehabilitation Clinic (ironically everyone besides Rehab themselves). I do envy Rehab. They've got a surplus of people so they can schedule whenever they want with whatever comp they want. They also have people willing to be benched just to have the guild name above their head... hard to do when you're not on top.

I'll have fun being whatever number we end up being as long as people don't screw around and do what they're supposed to. I like being an efficient raid group with people that I enjoy raiding with.

EDIT: After I typed this, someone in Vent told me that you were booted from a PUG group some of us were running last night. Disregard everything I just said.

I'll still have at least a 10 man fleet of alts here D:

Clearly you don't have your facts in place friend. Our guild has never needed to recruit anyone as the core grp has been close friends since wrath. It wasn't until recently that one of those members decided to move on from the game onto other things. As for thumbing our noses I fail to recall a moment where this type of behavior took place.

Then again as seeing that you are a nobody I will take your previous statements and dust them off my shoulders into the trash where they belong.

Unfortunately, Wargona has a point here. He can get mean sometimes. I don't oversee any PUGs ran by members so anything can happen.
