High pop horde realm (west coast data server)

70 Human Warlock
I was hoping someone could give me some advice or recommendations about my upcoming server transfer. I moved my main to Moon Guard because I live on the west coast and wanted a high population horde server that used a data center close to me. I have been there for nearly two years and although it is a high population server, 90% of the activity revolves around RP which I do not participate in and what little raiding that takes place is frustrating and pointlessly time consuming.

Needless to say, I want out. I have consulted various sites such as wow progress, guild ox, and warcraft realms. There is no shortage of high population PvE servers that are horde dominated but most of them are situated on east coast data centers. So I was hoping someone could give me a recommendation about some active ones that are on the west coast centers. From my own research it seems like Hyjal is the main contender and I would appreciate some feedback on that choice or any alternatives that are good candidates.

TL:DR I'm looking for high population, horde dominated, PvE server on a west coast data center. Thanks!
