According to Wowhead you can enter at lvl 33 but you wont get it via LFD until 38.

I've been asked, GC, why crit build on boomkin (which approaches 30% when I have all BoA's etc)?

The answer is because of so many priests in the bracket and the ease at which they dispel dots. The average priest completely ignores a boomkin when he's just dealing with dot dispels at almost no mana cost to him. And with shields up, those dots don't even make a dent. However, when he's getting popped with 1400+ Starsurges or Starfires back to back, he has to sit up and take notice.

Additionally, having approximately 1/3 of HoT's critting means you and your frands stay alive more.

Talking about old times makes me think of 2h enchance shamans back in Vanilla. There was one really good video out there where it was a lvl 60 orc 2h enhancement shaman doing WPvP and having huge windfury crits. Makes me also think of spellhance back in the good old days where you were able to hit like a truck and offheal.

Need to look at what I said on your article. It has some merit and can be used to recruit new players especially ones who want to be part of a big guild/community but do not have the money to transfer or their home server is filled already.

I quit playing 39s sometime after the move to Nightfall and making an alliance twink on AP. It was around the time of the AS ban and a few other stuff. I think I focused more on my main or something. Might have quit not too sure.

For sure. I will take a look at it tomorrow or Sunday. Putting those lists together with all the appropriate links and such takes a crap load of time and it is too late to be starting that tonight.
