Recently had an idea for hunter glyphs, while not necessarily appropriate for the professions forums, I thought we could brainstorm ideas for new glyphs for Blizzard. Major or minor effects you would like to see...but try to keep them balanced or offer ideas on how to balance them.

Exotic Pets [Hunter] Major

Remove exotic pets from beast masters and rebalance the spec. Any hunter using the glyph can then tame and control an exotic pet. Perfect when an ability like hysteria is needed, but the hunter doesn't like playing BM.

Glyph of the Ranger [Hunter] Major

The hunter can no longer control pets, but gets a boost to their damage to compensate for the loss.

I still want to see a Glyph of the Reptile for Druids. Basically, it will replace your forms with the reptile equivalent. Bear turns into turtle, Cat turns into raptor, Flying Form turns into a pterrorsaur or a winged snake (depending on the race), Aquatic Form becomes a thresher, and Moonkin turns into a humanoid snake like Venoxis or Slad'ran. Still trying to figure out what would be the best choice for Travel Form though. Crocolisk? Snake? Dunno.

I would love a raptor form for cats. It would probably have to be an individual glyph for each form though. Skins could be an issue depending on their complexity, but there are certainly enough raptor skins out their that could be recycled.

For travel form...maybe just a sinple, unadorned raptor, as I imagine the glyphed raptor would be adorned with feathers and such.

I think adding a slot or two strictly for vanity glyphs would be fun. Think of all the vanity glyphs that they could come up with.

Fade- when you fade, you burst into stars
PW: shield - your shields become auras (they conform to the shape of the body, and are in oranges, pinks, and purples)
Glyph of pure light - changes Holy spells from yellows to whites
