Guildrassill is currently recruiting!
We are a semi-hardcore raiding guild with an assortment of casual and raiding players. Our current focus lies on recruitment. We have alot of our regulars returning for Panda, but we can always use new potential DPS/Heals.
We are currently recruiting the following for our team:
1x Shadow Priest
1x Holy Priest
-Awareness:This includes moving away from fire, traps, etc.
-Attendance: We raid 3 nights a week, but we expect you to be on for those 3 days. We do stuff on off nights, but we generally stick to the 3 day rule.
-Team Player Mentality: It's not just about what the individual can gain from a raid, but what the individual can bring to the raid to make it stronger.
-Focus: Real life happens, but for all else (i.e. Food, etc) please sort it out prior to raid. We have 2 3-minute break times each hour for bathroom, etc.
Here's the following current Schedule we have for both groups:
Days/Times MIGHT change for Mists of Pandaria since we are close to Fall/Winter holidays. We will adhere to new times if the majority of raiders feel it necessary. We will have a night schedule and it will always be during the week.
Raid invites will be going out at least 10 minutes before designated raid time and might surpass the end time if we are working on progression.
Loot System: Free Roll. We are sticking to 10 mans as such there isn't alot of competiton for loot. Once we decide on 25 mans again we will change the loot system.
We do some PVP on the side, but this is mainly a PVE guild.
