"Anything else that is not in the official patch notes will not be included with patch 5.0.4. Basically, patch 5.0.4 is simply putting in new UI, system and class changes, along with a world event. Everything else will be available once Mists of Pandaria launches in September."

I have a question which is probably a silly one but I am asking it anyway. Our guild needs one more class, Warrior, to get the "A Class Act" Achievement. The Warrior a guildy is leveling is just one week from obtaining enough guild rep to actually earn that achievement. Will this patch affect the achievement? I know it states that the Monk class and the Pandas will not be put in this patch but I would love to verify that this so we do not have to wait and level a Monk just to obtain "A Class Act". I would hate to be so close to the finish line and miss it by an update. Thank you in advance for the help.
Probably best to ask this question in the Community Forums > Mists of Pandaria (http://us.battle.net/wow/en/forum/2592425/) so that the entire community, or one of the MVPs, can give you a more informed response.
But, I can safely assume that the "A Class Act" (http://www.wowhead.com/achievement=4989) achievement will not change until MoP launches, if at all. For one, the Monk class does not technically exist until MoP launches; the Monk class may not be included in the achievement; changing the level cap from 85 to 90 adds another level of challenge. Tuesday is around the corner, and you will know soon enough. :)
On another note, Bashiok posted a "5.0.4 Survival Guide" recently here - http://us.battle.net/wow/en/blog/7045643
